Your admission or procedure may take more or less time than expected and your care could require additional observation, unplanned tests, and/or services based on your physicians' orders. All these factors will affect your final billed charges. This estimate is for hospital charges only and does not include professional charges incurred by other medical providers such as the attending physician, radiologist, and/or anesthesiologist that could result in you receiving additional bills. Should your deposit payment exceed the actual patient responsibility in accordance with your insurance health plan benefits, a refund will be issued or applied to another unpaid account should you have one. A copy of this estimate will be retained in our files for 60 days. Payment will be required at the time of scheduling based on the estimated charges.
